Quick question for anyone...I signed up for the webinar today and was on for 70 mins with only 3 questions that people asked...answered. Out of the 70 mins ...55 or more was advertising to buy the products. I understand the need to market your product but I took quite a bit of time out of my schedule to hear three questions and one didnt even pertain the the cpc exam at all! I had really thought about buying the blitz videos but if the webinars are anything compared to them I wont be buying anytime soon. I hate I was so disappointed...I had heard good things on a thread on aapc.. anyone else have this problem?

Hi Tabitha,

I'm sorry you were dissapointed. We spend a lot of time preparing these free webinars and try to answer as many questions as possible. On the July 19th webinar I answered the following 8 questions:

Are there plans for an AAPC Specialty Exam for Ophthalmology?

AAPC and AHIMA Certifications

Medical Terminology on CPC Exam

What are CCI Edits?

Skull Base Surgery Codes and Modifiers

Understanding when to use Modifier 26

Medical Billing Company Advice

What is covered on the CPC Exam

And I'm sorry but I know for a fact I did not spend 55 minutes on advertising. I leave all my promotional slides purposefully at the end so if people want to drop off at the end they can.

Alternatively you may want to consider watching video clips from our Q&A webinars that are on our youtube channel http://youtube.com/codingcertification - that way you can pick an choose what you want to listen to.

Also there are a ton of FREE tips regarding the CPC exam on our blog https://www.cco.us/blog

Best wishes to you as you prepare for your CPC Exam.
