Here are some things I expect to see documented if it isn't marked "normal".
1. Inspection of head and face-overall appearance, scars, lesions
2. palpation/percussion of face-sinus tenderness or absence of tenderness
3. exam of salivary glands
4. assessment of facial strength

If documentation says "NCAT-normocephalic atraumatic", I count this as musculoskeletal.
