I do work for a chiropractor, that is mostly Personal Injury, in billing and collections.
At the end of treatment the doctors frequently have to do a 'narrative' report. Where the Doctor discusses his findings, treatment plans, what was done at each visit, etc etc. Can we charge for that and if so what code?
